Resilience

Introduction

Name: Guillermo Garcerán García
I work in a school in Los Alcazares (Murcia).
I am 37 years old. At the moment I work as Secretary in the center Bienvenido Conejero, I also teach the subject of Physical Education.

Story of the Best Practice

We had to change the way we taught, because the situation required it. We adapted because it was necessary.

My main motivation, and everyone’s, was that the children would not miss too many classes, and that they would be able to continue learning in spite of everything.

Also, to make the situation less complicated and more fun for all of them.

I was able to spend more time with my wife and daughter.

Conclusion

Yes, I feel much better now. Although everything has its good side. Being able to be at home, enjoying my family was very nice.
I was also able to see how resilient I am in that sense, because for me, not being able to leave the house seemed very hard at first; however, I was able to cope with it, in fact I even managed to adapt very well.
