Collection of Best Practices Examples
The second result of this project is a collection of best practice examples from partner countries. Examples of good practice include the experiences of teachers and other primary school staff on how they generally cope with mental health problems or mentally challenging situations, how they avoid burnout and balance work and personal life, and examples of how schools provide psychological support to teachers. These examples of good practice form the basis of The Final Collection of Best Practices Examples.
School’s Guide to Balance the Distance
This guide has been carried out through research by the partners to determine the best methods and tools for work-life balance and mental health problems, especially burnout. The aim of this handbook is to prepare a guide for a primary school teacher in distress, who might be in need of professional psychological help, and for schools (head teachers and other school and other managers) to advise them on how to help teachers in distress. teachers in distress. Educational Platform
The final result of the project will be the creation of an educational platform where all the materials collected during the project will be published. The platform will also act as support for teachers in distress.
